Bundle of energy or sleeping pill?

Qi Gong was developed in China 4,000 years ago to bring us into harmony. Translated, it means: nurturing life energy.

This intuitive knowledge has been pushed far into the background. Our everyday lives are full of energy thieves if we are not careful.

Your energy users and providers can be measured

The French physicist A. Bovis (✞ 1947) developed together with A. Simonéton a measuring device called the "Bovismeter" to measure a new unit of energy, the Bovis unit (BU). They used this device to investigate how light waves affect the energy and color of wine.

They discovered that it can also be used to measure the energy of food, people, places, and objects.

As you might imagine, the higher the number, the better.

In fact, our life energy can be measured in Bovis units. This means a lot of BU = more strength, vitality, well-being and a better immune system.

The mean thing about it all is that there are many things that can really get us down. Sometimes it's subtle and we don't notice anything at first.

It can be due to food and beverages, poor water quality, places, people, thoughts, social media, etc.

What exactly are Bovis units?

They measure the vibration frequencies and wavelengths of energy.

Imagine: Everything around you - even you yourself - is vibrating continuously, but at different speeds. Things that vibrate extremely quickly, like light, we often cannot see, while things that vibrate slowly, like the table you are sitting at, are visible and tangible to us.

Applied to humans...

We are considered healthy if we have at least 6,500 BU . If someone has 7,000 to 8,000 BU, you can tell by their attractive charisma.

From 10,000 BU onwards the etheric realm comes into play. Your spiritual awareness grows.

At about 1,600 BU there is no more life force and we can see and feel this in other people too.

Applied to food and nutrition...

Food is what gives us energy. But there is also "food", that satisfies us, but we can describe it as empty energy because it costs us more energy than it gives us - a bad deal.

The best known example of this is table sugar, because it really doesn't contain anything.

What does this mean for you?

Your diet, lifestyle and thoughts determine whether you vibrate lower or faster, as some say "higher". If the energy body vibrates slowly, you feel tired and weak.

What makes foods “good” or “bad” in terms of their energy content?

In general, the further a food is from its nature, the less energy it contains. It then takes energy from us during digestion.

Many people know that organic (especially Demeter) is better than conventional.

The price differences are often small in Germany, although organic farmers should of course earn more. I think it is better to eat conventionally produced fruits and vegetables than none at all.

You can also strengthen your intuition here and "feel it" when you shop. Does it feel more like a yes or a no?

What else reduces the energy in food?

  • Long transport routes and storage

  • irradiation and genetic manipulation

  • Antibiotics, medications, hormones in animal foods

  • pesticides

  • Preparation - "boiling", frying, deep-frying

  • Refined sugar and table salt

What you can do for more life energy

Explore where you are right now and ask yourself a few questions:

  • On a scale of 1-10, how much energy do I have right now?
  • Am I always tired and heavy after eating?
  • What could I change in my life to have more energy?

Our energy basis is the elements we are made of: water, air, earth and fire.

➤ Water: Every cell in your body absorbs water. It appreciates it when your water is as uncontaminated as possible. Tap water often contains a lot of chlorine, lime, fluoride, heavy metals from the pipes, drug residues, etc.

Only with good quality water can you hydrate your cells, which will also have an impact on your energy.

You could look into getting a good water filter, although it is an investment. It is worth it because you are mostly made of water.

(The cheap water filters usually only filter limescale and chlorine)

Alternatives include water from a glass or plastic bottle or coconut water.

➤ Air: Breathe more deeply, less shallowly into your chest and take every opportunity to go out into nature. Pay attention to the oxygen in your home.

➤ Earth: Use different techniques to ground yourself - e.g. walking barefoot in the grass, salt baths... A good night's sleep also grounds you.

➤ Fire: movement, sports, sweating

If your basics are covered - this of course includes lots of fruit and vegetables

(Eat the Rainbow and don't be afraid of fruit sugar), you could go a few steps further

Visit places of power - these can be man-made places such as Buddhist temples or maybe you are lucky and live near the sea, mountains or forest

Having a relief day once a week with fresh juices, raw vegetables and soup works wonders

More greens: herbs, algae, spinach, lamb's lettuce

Tubers & root vegetables are full of grounding energy

Eat good quality honey regularly

Avoid too much electrosmog, smartphone and turn off your WiFi at night

💖 I hope some of this has inspired you and wish you lots of strength & energy 💖

Your mindset counts for a lot: your optimism, faith and joy of life make the most difference on this path.

Fun Fact: The King's Chamber of the Great Pyramid of Giza contains energies of over 170,000 BE.
